22 The three-screw extruder is a high-efficiency continuous compounding equipment, mainly used for plastic extrusion molding, especially suitable for the production of raw materials such as PE, PP, PVC, etc. It has a multi-screw design, which provides higher mixing and plasticizing efficiency. Product performance:

1. Equipped with a horizontal agitator to prevent the material from “bridging” during the feeding process, and an optional twin-screw feeding system.
2. Compared with the twin-screw extruder, the three-screw extruder provides longer material residence time and stronger mixing performance, and the screw structure can be recombined to meet the processing requirements of different raw materials.
3. Optional screen changer and melt pump to improve the plasticizing effect of the material; optional side feeding device for blending and modification of special materials; optional secondary feeding device to achieve forced feeding and improve feeding stability; optional glass fiber feeding port for glass fiber filling and modification.
