Product Introduction:
16mm twin screw water tank granulation auxiliary machine is a plastic processing equipment designed to improve the mixing and kneading effect of plastic particles, especially suitable for processing materials with different characteristics. This equipment adopts a building block barrel and parallel meshing co-directional twin screw structure, allowing the screw elements to be recombined according to the material characteristics, thereby achieving more efficient mixing and kneading.

1. Mainly used for filling, blending, modification, addition, chlorination, processing of polypropylene and super absorbent resin of rubber, plastic and engineering resin. Its products include extrusion of degradable masterbatch, polyamide polycondensation, polyurethane polyaddition reaction; granulation of carbon powder and magnetic powder; preparation of cable insulation materials, sheath materials, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant PVC cable materials and various silane cross-linking materials. Small models are mainly used for scientific research and teaching. The design of the twin-screw granulator adopts the building block principle. The barrel and screw can be combined in different ways according to needs to achieve diversified processing needs.
2. The equipment uses electric heating and water cooling to automatically control the barrel temperature, and is equipped with forced feeding, vacuum exhaust and non-stop screen changing devices. The twin screw adopts variable frequency speed regulation, AC motor drive or DC speed regulation, DC motor drive. The reduction and twin screw transmission are in the same box, and the size is compact. The safety coupling equipped with shear pins can protect the screw and transmission box from damage due to overload.
3. In terms of working principle, the material passes through the feeding port and is rolled into a ball and rolls along the screw groove under the action of the rotating screw. Due to the shearing, compression and stirring of the screw, the material is further mixed and plasticized, the temperature and pressure gradually increase, and it presents a viscous flow state, and passes through the machine head at a certain pressure and temperature, and finally obtains the desired shape of the product.
4. The gearbox of the twin-screw plastic granulator is designed with high torque, and the deceleration and torque distribution parts are integrated into one, with a compact structure. The gears are made of high-quality alloy materials, and the precision is manufactured according to the ISO1328-1995 cylindrical gear precision. All of them are carburized and quenched hardened tooth surfaces to ensure high gear strength, uniform tooth load, low noise and low vibration.
5. The screw is a building block structure, the mandrel is made of 40CrNiMoA, the threaded element and the mandrel are involutely connected, with high strength, large load bearing, and convenient disassembly and assembly. The barrel is made of 45# steel as the base, and adopts a soft water cooling system, automatic water control solenoid valve, and needle valve control to ensure temperature control and stable quality during processing.
